Our company has a proven track record in delivering custom-built, high-performance products to top-tier brands across multiple industries. Our production model is grounded in craftsmanship, precision and process control, combined with a strong commitment to sustainability.
Today, the group employs more than 300 professionals across 5 manufacturing facilities, including the key site in Hickory, North Carolina, USA. This local presence is more than strategic: it allows us to eliminate international supply risks, ensure faster, more reliable deliveries and provide a streamlined, customs-free logistics flow for our North American partners. This means greater control and efficacy from production to distribution.
With operations across 20 export markets and over 2,000 production processes managed daily, Minelli Group provides the scale, speed and structure to confidently support high-volume programs.
