Where do you ship from?

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship across the United States and Canada. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact our support team for assistance with custom shipping arrangements.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location and order type.

Standard orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). For wholesale or customized orders, production and handling may take longer, our team will confirm lead times upon order confirmation.

How can I track my order?

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Custom-made or private-label products are non-returnable, as they are produced exclusively according to your specifications.

Are shipping costs refundable?

Shipping costs are non-refundable. They are only covered in cases where a return is approved due to a verified manufacturing defect or a shipment error on our part.
