Minelli PETS offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 – WHERE WE SHIP

We ship only to addresses within the United States.

SECTION 2 – PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday), as long as the selected items are available in stock.
  • If an item is currently out of stock, the estimated shipping date will be indicated on the relevant product page.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered during weekends or on U.S. public holidays.
  • In the event of delays, including those caused by a high volume of orders, customers will be informed accordingly.

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight and size of your package. They’ll be added to your total during checkout.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING RATES AND INFORMATION

  • We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS, although delivery times may be longer than standard.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing the relevant tracking number(s).
  • Please allow up to 24 hours from receipt of the email for the tracking information to become active.

SECTION 5 – DAMAGES

  • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. 
  • Orders received in damaged condition can be made known to the shipment carrier. 
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods prior to filing a claim with the shipment carrier.

SECTION 6 – PACKAGE REFUSAL

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following: 

  • Original and return shipping costs 
  • Duties, taxes, and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments 
  • The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
