Return & Warranty Policy

At MINELLIPETS, we are committed to providing high-quality products for you and your pets. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Non-returnable items:

  • Used grooming tools (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened consumables (shampoos, sprays, treats, etc.)
  • Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The item received is incorrect
  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You wish to exchange the item for another model


To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery


If the new item has a different price:

  • You will pay the difference, or
  • We will refund the difference


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please provide photos or videos as proof


For damaged or incorrect items, we offer replacement only.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email that your return has been received. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds may be denied in the following cases:

  • The item shows obvious signs of use
  • The item is not in its original condition
  • The item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • The item is returned outside the applicable return period


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Contact your bank

Warranty

At MINELLIPETS, we offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use.
Within this period, defective items are eligible for replacement only.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We cover shipping only if:
    • The item is defective, or
    • The wrong item was sent


We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Returned items must include the packing slip or order number on the package.
