I thought at first this was flimsy but after several uses I like this brush. My standard poodle has a wavy coat so his body is in a #7 but his pompoms are 10 inches long. This brush works beautifully with his coat. I used it on an English cream and again it worked great. Lifting the coat to dry rather quickly. I wish it wasn’t so $$$ but great brush in my experience

Really doesn’t work for poodle coats. Waste of money. The backing that the bristles sit in is too flexible to work with poodle hair.
